One (1) parking place per unit, typically MC parking is around Riptides Raw Bar and Grill during Biking events. Offsite parking is available nearby for additional trailers and vehicles at No Fee with OE Offsite Parking Permit. Two Private Bedrooms with Balcony, Kitchen, Living Area with Pull Out, bathroom and vanity room facing Daily (M-F) activities, weather permitting, music at pool deck.
