Playa Del Coco - Guanacaste Costa Rica I have 4 unused floating weeks at Sapphire Residences in Playa Del Coco for 2024 and 2 weeks for 2025. 2 bedrooms 1.5 baths. Main floor has a living room, dining room, kitchen and a half bath. There is a covered patio on the main level. The second level has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. The main bedroom has a double bed and the guest bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are connected to a covered balcony. Sleeps 4 comfortably, max occupancy is 6 but I wouldn't recommend that many people. The unit decor and layout will vary based on the week you book. There are also 1 bed 1 bath units, 2 bed 2 bath units and units with a rooftop terrace (some with ocean views, some without). There are pet friendly units (pet fee is $150). A $100 refundable security deposit is required at check in. I can book multiple units for the same week for larger groups. There are 6 shared pools on the property grounds. This is a gated community with 24/7 security. Located 2 blocks from shops, restaurants and the beach. I am able to arrange tours, transportation to and from Liberia airport, golf carts and rental vehicles. Unit costs generally range from $825 to $975 depending on size and dates. Christmas break and Spring break have limited availability and cost more than high season rates. High season is from November to April and low season is from May to October.
